Creating SAS since 2009
What a journey it has been making San Andreas Stories! After installing SA:MP for the first time back in 2009, I quickly realized that I had stumbled upon something very special. I vividly remember driving a Cabby around Los Santos on my first (local) Grand Larceny SA:MP server just dreaming of all the amazing possibilities. The Role Playing scene quickly caught my attention and SAS was conceived (in 2009!).
As time passed by quite a bit faster than I would have liked, development saw many pauses over the years. The team went from one, to two, back to one, and finally to two again. Despite the very small team I never settled for compromises. Looking back at these turbulent years, I'm very glad with the decisions I made even though they may not always have been the most rational at the time.
Finally, over a decade since the blueprints were laid out, SAS is born! Let's raise her into something beautiful.
